Nurturing Arms Support Services is a Richmond-area nonprofit that provides in-home personal care, respite, and companion services for seniors and individuals with disabilities—licensed under Virginia DBHDS and driven by a mission to help clients live with dignity and independence.

The Challenge

Their old Squarespace site looked dated, was not fully mobile-responsive, and forced families to download paper referral PDFs. Slow load times and missing ADA features hurt both search visibility and user trust, while hiring funnels for new caregivers were virtually nonexistent.

The Solution

We redesigned the entire web presence on our Duda platform, creating distinct service pages, an ADA-compliant, HIPAA-ready online referral form, and a streamlined caregiver-application portal. A fresh color palette, testimonial slider, and secure hosting under our Care Plan reinforced credibility and speed.

The Results

Within 60 days, mobile load time dropped to 1.8 seconds, the new site captured 40 online referrals and 30 caregiver applications, and organic traffic rose 55 percent—transforming Nurturing Arms’ web footprint into a high-performing tool for both client intake and staffing.
