Website Management is a separate service from your initial website design and development project. Your project agreement will outline any hosting or ongoing management requirements associated with your website.

Our Website Management plans are designed for websites hosted and managed through Webs of Color's website platform.

Can I request content changes with Foundation?
Absolutely. Foundation focuses on hosting, maintenance, and technical support, but content updates can be requested separately at our standard rate of $150 per hour.

What happens if I need more than 90 minutes of updates with Evolution?
Evolution includes up to 90 minutes of routine website updates each month. Additional approved update time is available at $150 per hour.
We'll discuss any work that exceeds your monthly allowance before proceeding. Larger redesigns, new features, and expanded functionality are quoted separately.
Does unused Evolution update time carry over?
No. Unused update time does not carry over to future months. Your 90-minute allowance resets each billing cycle and is intended for routine updates within that period.
How quickly will you respond to support requests?
Foundation includes an initial response within two business days. Evolution includes priority support, with an initial response within one business day.
These timeframes refer to our initial response, not necessarily the completion of your request. Resolution times depend on the nature and complexity of the work involved.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. As your website's needs change, you can request a move between Foundation and Evolution.
We'll review your needs, explain any changes in coverage or pricing, and confirm when your new plan will take effect.
