Ricardo has a natural appreciation for thoughtful design. From fashion and interior spaces to art and visual composition, he has an eye for detail, a love for organization, and a belief that the best experiences should feel effortless and intentional.

He brings that perspective to both the creative and operational sides of the studio. He's the person who notices when something doesn't quite feel right, whether it's a visual detail, a confusing process, or a website that makes visitors work harder than they should. His thoughtful honesty and instinct for simplicity help keep the work grounded in the people it's meant to serve.

With a Doctor of Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, Ricardo is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities and making a meaningful difference in his community. His appreciation for structure, accessibility, and the individual needs of others shapes the way he approaches both people and experiences. Thoughtful, loyal, and quietly expressive, he brings the same genuine care to the people in his life that he brings to everything he does.
